這件外套客人洗完不知道原因變這樣,自己重複洗染色不動如山.交給我們試試看.後來在處理上也花了不少時間,用完後有八成去除,還有背後一大片沒拍到照(也解決).只是還有少部分領口部分,由於這類的色素去除,如果常溫情況下,直接當作污漬處理不了,就必須調整溫度處理,近看有一兩處還是看得到染色痕跡(如圖)主要是因為染色的原因不知道是不是因為衣物上的黑色圖案移染出來.所以處理上必須一直避開黑色圖案,乍看之下沒問題,應該可以穿出門了

This jacket had some mysterious discoloration after the customer washed it. Despite multiple washes, the color wouldn’t budge. We took it on to see what we could do. We spent a considerable amount of time on it and managed to remove about 80% of the discoloration. There was also a large patch on the back that we didn’t capture in the photo (but we did resolve). However, there are still some minor spots near the collar. Due to the type of dye, treating it as a regular stain at room temperature won’t work. We had to adjust the temperature for treatment. Upon closer inspection, you can still see one or two spots of dye (as shown in the picture). The main issue is that we’re not sure if the discoloration was caused by the black design on the garment. So, we had to be careful to avoid the black design during treatment. At first glance, it looks fine now and should be wearable.”
